Weekly Events

Our main priority is the health of all of our volunteers and adopters. We are taking to current situation very seriously. We will be having an adoption even this Sunday the 15th due to prior commitment to the dogs in need who are arriving. Assuming the situation continue we will take a break from adoption events until we feel it is safe to host them again. Our dogs will remain in foster homes where they can be met. Thank you for understanding.

Our weekly adoption events are hosted throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. If adopters are interested in a specific dog, we urge you to email ahead and show up at 10am to add your name to our sign in sheet. Our events are crowded and we try our best to ensure they go as smooth as possible but we ask for patience if you plan on attending. If for any reason crowded adoption events are not right for you, please meet a dog in a foster home instead. 

Please be advised that sometimes we have multiple approved applicants for the same dog. We ask that you come and meet all the pups! For transport days, we call names off our sign in sheet based on order of arrival at 12pm. Feel free to email with questions but please note that most answers can be found in your approval email, our automatic reply, and in the FAQ section of this website.

Please be sure to get pre-approved BEFORE coming to an event. Pre-approved adopters have priority when meeting and adoption the pups.
